What defines Julian’s recruiting style is a deep passion for networking and his intrigue in interesting personalities. Julian is an Engineer by education but his career path has been multi-faceted: consultant, event organizer, and Incubation Manager for clean-tech topics and startups. As the founder of Talent Tree, he concentrates on client management, business development, and technical recruiting.

Antonie was able to pursue her great passion for people business while studying Business Psychology (focus on HR). During her numerous internships in human resources and management consulting, her search for top talent has always been the most enjoyable. You can already get a feeling for Alena’s passion for interesting personalities and analysing challenging profiles if you know about her psychology background. Especially, the labour and organisational psychology had been her favourite fields in her studies. With experience in therapy and research she found in the startup scene her new home. At Talent Tree she can now unfold her talent in communication and active listening as well as bringing in her empathy. To find the perfect fit between candidates and clients is her personal challenge.

Her political science studies taught her a lot about image building, dealing with technical issues and strategies. Her voluntary work for a student association additionally trained her in organising events, networking and coordinating entities. To turn challenges into chances is her ambition – at work as in general. At Talent Tree Sophie is responsible for marketing. It’s her task to write content – for the website, articles and posts on social media platforms – or to chat via the bot with our page visitors. Already during her studies in Business Administration and Economics at the University of Passau, Tanja discovered her strong passion for managing finance- and taxation processes. She does not only enrich the team through the structured and responsible way she works, but also by actively enhancing the intercultural team spirit. In addition to her work at Talent Tree, she will be graduating shortly in her Master of Law with a focus on Company Law, Merges and Acquisitions. One could describe Tanja as a passionate tennis player whose heart strongly beats for dogs.

Chrissi studied International Media Management and has been working two years in media industry. After deciding to start a new career she became an educator and is now working full-time in a kindergarten and part-time as an Talent Scout at Talent Tree. Chrissi joined Talent Tree at its hour of birth, really understands candidates` sensitivities and specialized in research and contacting candidates.
