What defines Julian’s recruiting style is a deep passion for networking and his intrigue in interesting personalities. Julian is an Engineer by education but his career path has been multi-faceted: consultant, event organizer, and Incubation Manager for clean-tech topics and startups. As the founder of Talent Tree, he concentrates on client management, business development, and technical recruiting.

Marina Lang

Head of Culture

Already during her studies Marina worked in the Investor environment and project management field. After a few stops in the hotel industry, consulting and at last in the human resource department, she decided to pursue her enthusiasm for Start Ups and track down the best candidates for our clients at Talent Tree. Marina takes care of Business Development, Non-tech recruiting and supporting Julian in daily business.

Chrissi studied International Media Management and has been working two years in media industry. After deciding to start a new career she became an educator and is now working full-time in a kindergarten and part-time as an Talent Scout at Talent Tree. Chrissi joined Talent Tree at its hour of birth, really understands candidates` sensitivities and specialized in research and contacting candidates.

Jessica unterstützt unser Team als Duale Studentin bei allen strategischen und operativen Tätigkeiten. Das Studium gibt ihr regelmäßig neue Impulse, die sie bei Talent Tree in die Praxis umsetzen kann. Gemeinsam mit Martina ist sie für den Bereich Sales, Vetrieb und Online Marketing zuständig.

Larissa supports us as a Junior Recruiter mainly through her communicative and customer-oriented approach. As an economic psychologist, Recruiting also means more to her than “post and pray”. Over the years, she has specialized in talent scouting. In doing so, she has successfully integrated her many years of experience as a flight attendant. With Talent Tree she is experiencing a steep learning curve in the Start Up world.

Anastasiia hat bei Talent Tree mit Leidenschaft die Start-up- und Technologie-Branche für sich entdeckt. Neben ihrer Tätigkeit als Junior Recruiterin studiert sie BWL und weiß sich gleichermaßen für Menschen und Zahlen zu begeistern. Zuvor hat Anastasiia ihre Studienkenntnisse bei einem Praktikum im Marktforschungsbereich für den Bereich Online/Automotive erweitert. Mit ihrer zielstrebigen und fleißigen Art bereichert sie das Talent Tree Team, insbesondere auch im Prozessmanagement.
