What tasks does an HR manager have?
A Human Resource Manager supports the personnel development and career planning of the employees. He develops suitable employee retention measures and implements them successfully. An HR manager is responsible for applicant management and for setting up an applicant and talent pool. In addition, he conducts job interviews and often acts in an advisory capacity. He is also responsible for creating evaluations, statistics and meaningful HR reporting.
Requirements for an HR manager
Requirements are a successfully completed business administration (or comparable) degree with a focus on human resources management and/or practical experience in comparable human resources functions and individual processes. The ability to work in a team and a strong communication skills are nothing new for an HR Manager. The pleasure in dealing with people and very good language skills in German and English round off the profile.
