A marketing manager supervises and develops technical product marketing and marketing itself. He takes over the conception and creation of holistic marketing strategies. He is also responsible for the development of technical product descriptions and marketing tools. He conducts market analyses and evaluates opportunities and risks. The marketing manager develops market strategies for new products and ensures the operative design and support of trade fair appearances.

Requirements for a Marketing Manager

The requirement is a successfully completed technical degree (e.g. Bachelor/Master of Science). In addition, a Marketing Manager has several years of professional experience in strategic and operative marketing. They should be strong communicators, flexible and able to work in a team.
