IT Service Desk Administrator (m/f/d)

Our client is an international biotech pharmaceutical company driving the production of essential vaccines, from early research, clinical development, through to manufacturing and commercialisation. Now they are looking for an IT Service Desk Administrator (m/f/d) to aid them in the smooth day-to-day running of their life-saving, innovative work.

Your tasks:

  • Support of the IT infrastructure team
  • Responsible for 1st -level Service Desk Support
  • Installation and maintenance of computers and other equipment
  • Implementation of software and hardware installations as well as IT asset management
  • System access and active directory management
  • Creation and optimisation of service desk processes
  • Monitoring and handling of alerts
  • Categorisation of requests and documentation of solutions
  • Support for business applications
  • Execution and management of orders for new equipment

Your profile:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience
  • Excellent business proficiency in Germany and English
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Windows and Office365
  • Process and service-orientated
  • Passion for support role
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Patient and friendly
