Head of Customer Support (m/f/d)

Our client in Munich is changing the whole automotive industry: as global technology leader on the market he offers individually connected car solutions, which enable car owners an unprecedented level of transparency and control over their vehicle. Already today the unique App is used by hundreds of thousands of users worldwide (Asia, US, Europe) and is continually being developed further.

Your tasks:

  • Lead and manage a customer support team of 10 people
  • Develop a strategy and tactics to increase customer satisfaction and NPS
  • Automate and optimize customer communication throughout all touchpoints
  • Solve customer tickets using Zendesk
  • Increase customer satisfaction with creative customer-oriented communication
  • Work on continuous improvement of customer service, FAQ online content and text snippets
  • Distill, analyze and report customer issues and needs and find solutions together with the management of the company

Your profile:

  • 100% focus on customer orientation and strong knowledge of customer service practices
  • Visionary and data-oriented Team leader
  • Technical expertise and ability to learn software programs (e.g. Zendesk)
  • Ability to work at a high level in a fast-moving environment
  • Positivity, flexibility and creativity are a must. To form a team, many hats need to be worn and solutions will be created spontaneously
  • Passion for digital or technical subjects
  • Highly proficient English skills, German is a plus
