Now they are looking for a dedicated director of business development (m/f/d) who will lead the company’s entire sales process in a growth-oriented manner, design smart strategies and execute them with his own highly dedicated sales team.
- Management and further development of the sales strategy, processes and organisation of the company.
- Together with the CEO & COO you will build, develop and lead the company’s sales team
- Building customer relationships and the sales pipeline
- Identification of potential new sales targets in key industries
- You will manage the entire sales process, which is mainly based in Germany.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the sales organization
- Support of the CEO & COO in their sales activities
- You will closely collaborate with the marketing lead to generate the required marketing material
- You want to make a difference with your work and are enthusiastic about the idea of growing a startup
- Skilled in negotiating and closing deals
- Experience in successfully selling software in the B2B world
- You already have connections in the fields of e-commerce, financial services, mobility, companies with a digital business model, new economy, technology and/or other industries of interest
- Excellent sales skills
- Creative and proactive trouble-shooter that thinks in solutions and realizes ideas
- A strong affinity for new technologies and a technical background through education or previous professional experience.
- You appreciate working in a dynamic, international and constantly evolving team with high goals.
- Enjoyment of communication, creation of content and campaigns, while thinking strategically.
- You like to network, open doors and approach new people in a variety of places
- You are very proficient in both German and English
- Previous professional experience in the sales department at another startup is a plus
- Experience in data-driven online marketing and an understanding of cyber security are an advantage.
