Our client, a fast growing IoT & FinTech start-up from Munich, is literally putting the digital future on the road.  With the largest cross-brand solution for mobile payment, they revolutionize the whole payment process at every petrol station.

In combination with an innovative IoT product, they turn every car into a connected car and make every journey better. Whether for private individuals, networked company fleets or as telematics solutions for insurance partners.

With a strategic and financial support by three global players from the automotive, payment services and insurance sectors, they are now looking for a Head of People and Culture (m/f/d), whos helping the company grow and developing it from start-up to scale-up and takes the lead in creating a positive culture to keep our employees‘ performance and motivation at a high level in order to continue the success story.

YOUR TASKS

  • You lead the People & culture team
  • You represent our values internally and externally
  • You develop and implement a holistic strategy to increase the performance, motivation and retention of our employees
  • You are responsible for conceptual and operational organisational development as well as change management for all HR processes
  • You introduce new processes and structures to ensure smooth processes at the European locations as well
  • You establish a self-organised and positive working culture
  • You ensure smooth processes at the European locations
  • You develop an employer branding strategy and implement it
  • You respond to critical HR issues with innovative problem solving and act as a coach for your team members

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have several years of professional experience in business transformation and people management
  • You are familiar with the start-up world and have already supported companies in their growth
  • You are a strong personality who can differentiate between individual and team needs and who represents the interest of the employees in the extended management committee
  • You have a high level of consulting and communication skills in order to successfully implement the developed processes throughout the company and our European subsidiaries
  • As an empathetic person, you have a positive work attitude and composure even in times of high growth efforts
  • Very good German and English skills complete your profile
