With strong funding and a major reputation within neighbouring countries, they now want to conquer the German market. As Sales Director Germany (m/f/d) the establishment of the innovative solution within Germany will be your key responsibility.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will motivate, lead and coach an existing team of talented business developers and account managers 
  • You will continue to expand the team with high-class talent
  • You will achieve the company‘s sales goals for the German market
  • You will define a compelling B2B sales strategy for the German market and fulfill the full potential of the company
  • You will define individual objectives for your team members in close cooperation with supporting stakeholders
  • You will implement new processes and improvements in sales techniques and procedures to optimally support the sales team
  • You will collaborate with the Sales Efficiency team to develop and evolve a database of prospects within the German market

Your Profile

  • You have at least 5 years of relevant sales experience in a management or team lead position
  • SaaS start-up or scale-up experience is a plus
  • You are a top networker and it is easy for you to build internal and external working relationships
  • You lead by example with the right ethics and empathy, you are hands-on with a strong bias for action to resolve challenges pragmatically 
  • You have a high sense of responsibility and sovereignty in demanding situations
  • You are attracted to the mission, you are proactive, and extremely well organized 
  • You enjoy working in cross-functional teams 
  • You have a strong interest in disruptive technologies and a feel for new market potential
  • German is your mother tongue and you have very good written and spoken English. French is a plus
