ABOUT THE ROLE

As a (Senior) Recruiter (f/m/x) , you will play a critical role in our delivery success and support us in reaching our mission in the European tech start-up and climate-tech scene.
We are seeking a passionate, engaging and results-driven individual who shares our beliefs and gets energy from working on hard-to-fill roles that create a meaningful, sustainable future with positive impact and climate effect. In this role, you will have the following focus areas:

  • You will take full ownership of driving multiple search processes simultaneously and building and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline. 
  • Working in teams with Scouts and Consultants, you will influence the delivery success by overseeing the search process, designing and executing efficient candidate communication strategies, and assessing candidates’ fit based on predetermined criteria by using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • You will serve as the candidates’ advocate, ensuring excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process by negotiating, guiding and resolving conflicts between all stakeholders.
  • You will craft excellent recruitment marketing content to attract the right level of candidates and serve as the client’s employer brand ambassador. 
  • You will take a key part in internal projects that aim to improve processes and best practices for better efficiency and service delivery. You will use your market knowledge and expertise to continuously challenge the status quo with the aim to improve our systems, tools and processes.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally with a focus on technical positions 
  • Finding new talent, especially in the start-up cosmos or a dynamic corporate environment, excites you
  • You bring the necessary creativity to develop efficient, informative and conversion-driven candidate communication strategies
  • You have experience in using a range of recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Github, StackOverflow, Xing, Dribble, Twitter, RocketReach, ContactOut etc.
  • You are enthusiastic about social media, new technologies and trends
  • You work in a structured and organized way to achieve your goals
  • You have strong communication skills, both in German and English
